- When you subscribe to updates: your email address.
- When you become a client: the documents and details needed for your application, such as academic records, financial evidence, passport details and travel history. We only ask for what a specific application actually requires.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you advice.
- To prepare, review and submit applications on your behalf, where you have asked us to.
- To send you updates you have subscribed to. You can stop these at any time.
- To keep records that we are legally required to keep.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We share it only where it is needed to do the job you have asked us to do, for example with:
- Universities, colleges and schools you are applying to.
- Embassies, consulates, visa application centres and immigration authorities.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and client records for as long as we are required to. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
