What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
These terms explain what you can expect from Pearl Travel Services and what we expect from you. By using this website or our services, you agree to them.
What we do
Pearl Travel Services provides consulting and support for:
- Study abroad admissions and school selection.
- Visa applications and supporting documents.
- Review of applications, statements of purpose and financial evidence.
- Travel planning, bookings and relocation support.
What we cannot do
This is the most important section on this page, so please read it carefully.
- We cannot guarantee a visa. Visa decisions are made by embassies, consulates and immigration authorities. Nobody outside those bodies can promise an outcome, and you should be careful of anyone who does.
- We cannot guarantee admission. Admission decisions are made by the university, college or school.
- We cannot influence a decision maker. Our job is to make your case as strong, complete and accurate as it can honestly be.
- We do not provide legal advice. We provide consulting and application support. For legal advice on immigration law, speak to a qualified lawyer in the relevant country.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information. Applications fail on inaccurate details, and providing false information to an immigration authority can carry serious consequences, including long bans.
- Provide documents on time. Deadlines set by schools and embassies are not ours to move.
- Pay any third party fees yourself, such as application fees, visa fees, biometrics and medicals. These are set by the school or authority, not by us.
- Read what you sign. You remain responsible for your own application.
Fees
Our fees are agreed with you in writing before work begins. Our fees cover our time and expertise, and are separate from any third party fees. Because our work is advisory, fees are generally not refundable once work has started, and never depend on the outcome of a decision we do not control. Any refund terms that apply to your particular service will be set out in your written agreement with us, and that agreement takes priority over this page.
Bookings made on your behalf
Flights, insurance and accommodation are supplied by the airline, insurer or provider, under their own terms and conditions, including their own cancellation and change rules. We arrange these for you but we are not the supplier.
Using this website
The information on this website is general information about our services. It is not advice on your specific situation, and immigration rules change often. Always confirm current requirements with the official authority, or speak with us directly about your case.
The text, images and branding on this site belong to Pearl Travel Services and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
We take our work seriously and we will always act with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for outcomes that are outside our control, including admission and visa decisions, changes to immigration rules, delays by third parties, or losses caused by information you gave us that was incomplete or inaccurate.
Ending our engagement
Either of us may end an engagement in writing. If you do so, work already completed remains payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Pearl Travel Services is established, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that country.
